B L A N C H  T H E   B E A N S

Quickly blanch the green beans in boiling water for one minute.

S H O C K  I N  A N  I C E  B A T H

Drain the green beans and shock them in an ice bath.

D R Y  T H E  G R E E N  B E A N S

Thoroughly dry the green beans on a kitchen towel or paper towel.

M A K E  T H E  S A U C E

Whisk together all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.

S T I R-F R Y  W I T H  G A R L I C

Stir-fry the green beans with garlic in a skillet or wok until blistered but crisp-tender.

A D D  I N  T H E  S A U C E

Add the Asian sauce into the blistered green beans.

S T I R-F R Y  U N T I L  D O N E

Stir-fry the green beans another 1-2 minutes. Ready to serve!
