- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add in the edamame pods. Boil for 4 to 5 minutes or until just tender. Drain in a colander and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss the edamame with the sesame oil. Sprinkle in the sriracha seasoning, salt, and toasted sesame seeds. Serve warm as a snack or side.
You can substitute the sriracha seasoning for cayenne pepper.
