"I just wanted to thank you for such a wonderful evening the other night! It was not only extremely informative but just a terrific girls night out. I have always been fearful of preparing Asian food, but your class eliminated that fear. The interactive concept was perfect, and the demonstration and knowledge of the product was superb. Of course, I would be remiss if I didn't mention how delicious everything tasted! Thanks again for sharing your expertise. I've already prepared the halibut, and the provision of the recipes made the process so easy. Keep cooking!"
    — Beth Lantz

We had the pleasure of learning delicious and nutritious recipes while sipping wine and enjoying the company of friends. If you love to entertain then this is a great way to learn a few tricks and be the star at your next dinner party!"
